The room here is spacious and bright, ideal for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is also notably large and well-equipped.

Its location is great and amazing, very close to parks, shopping, and lots of interesting restaurants as well as the train station at State, great area.

We had a very very good time. The rooms were brand-new. The view of the lake was incredible. The hotel was a short walk to the fitness center, the Magnificent Mile, and Oak Street boutiques.

The location of this place is amazing, with so much within walking distance: magnificent shopping on Michigan Ave, Water Tower Place, the historic Water Tower, Lake Shore Park, and good proximity to the Loop. Even though it's a bit far from the fun, it's not a bad walk since it's right on Michigan Ave. The service here is top-notch, from the room service to the car hire. The staff went out of their way to iron a suit and a shirt for a meeting on short notice. They are all so very helpful, generous, and knowledgeable.

This place is a bit on the pricey side, but it's worth it for the quality and luxury you receive. The staff lost a package that was delivered for me, but the general manager, Eileen Rakow, made sure to resolve the issue.

It was very loud outside my room - you could hear everything going on in the hall. The room smelled kind of old eventhough it was updated!

The location is perfect for exploring a skyscraper observation deck. The room was spacious, very clean, and included a private bathroom. The staff were friendly and the facilities were modern.

The staff and meals were excellent. Employees were friendly and welcoming. The door staff were particularly helpful. The cleaning staff were exceptional.

The hotel also offers great views, with some rooms overlooking Michigan Ave and the John Hancock tower. The rooms are well maintained, with comfortable beds and simple cozy decor. The bathroom is spacious with a tub and ample counter space.

The breakfast options in the hotel's club lounge were limited, especially for those who prefer a hot breakfast.
