It was a suitable option for a holiday in Chicago with fantastic value for money. The front desk gave us a great tip on a secret spot to watch the Air and Water Show. For the best views, check with the staff about hidden gems in the hotel.

great access to museums and parks for weekend exploring
The stay was a memorable one, as the hotel provided easy access to amazing parks and was just a quick walk to the 360 Chicago Observation Deck, which offered stunning views of the skyline and Lake Michigan, enriching my urban exploration experience. Plus, I loved that my room was comfortable, making it a great base for my weekend adventures in the city. However, the check-in process could be streamlined a bit.

The cleanliness of the room was a highlight, paired with a comfortable bed and a great location that made exploring easy. However, the experience was marred by an unexpected charge for the resort fee at check-in and the less-than-ideal condition of the room, which included unclean surfaces that diminished our stay. Also, clarity on the Wi-Fi charges could be improved.

Had an awesome stay with friends! We explored downtown and Valentina's Italian Deli for amazing food. The hotel was super clean, and the beds were comfy. Loved the central location, making it easy to get around. Pro tip, ask about the gym clothes rental – very handy!
The room we had was a bit dark, which was a bummer. Also, housekeeping took a while to refill the shower gel. we had to follow up a couple of times before it got sorted.

Had an awesome dining experience at the hotel restaurant—those nachos were a culinary delight! Plus, the staff were super attentive and really added to the vibe. The location's prime—close to local hotspots like Giordano's for killer deep-dish pizza.
The bathroom tub was a tad slippery—could've used a mat for some extra grip. And you might wanna watch out for that high destination fee. it could be a bummer if you're not dining there. Also, I asked for distilled water but it wasn’t in the room on arrival—kinda disappointing.

the view from our room was blocked by a giant ac unit (not ideal). however, the check-in process was smooth and quick. the staff was super helpful, providing great recommendations for local attractions. the room was clean with comfortable bedding, making for a pleasant stay.

missingWrote a review on Apr 18elegant lobbycentral locationaccessible amenitiescheck-in hassle
The lobby's elegant wooden floors and marble accents set a welcoming tone as soon as you walk in. Central location makes it easy to access the shops and attractions along Michigan Avenue, adding a significant advantage to any adventure planned around the Windy City.
Check-in was a hassle, with long waits and the hassle of being told my room wasn’t ready, only to discover that I also didn’t get the text alert I was promised. The room felt poorly lit, and it took persistent requests for shower gel refills, making it a bit annoying. Sound insulation wasn’t up to par. conversations from adjacent rooms caused some sleepless nights. Also, the $25 daily fee caught me off guard, leaving a bitter aftertaste about the overall pricing.

The location is ideal, with a beautiful lake view, and the dog-friendly policy is a huge plus. However, the atmosphere was disrupted by loud neighbors, and the parking fee of $79 is rather steep. Overall, it was a decent stay amidst some challenges.
